What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?

Pressure washing removes dirt from hard surfaces with force. Soft washing applies a cleaning solution at low pressure to treat organic growth on delicate surfaces like stucco, roofs and screens, then rinses gently.

Will pressure washing damage my stucco or roof?
